All-Terrain Vehicle Riding in Delaware State Forest
Delaware State Forest maintains three All-Terrain Vehicle trails totaling more than 28 miles.
Class 1 and Class 2 All-Terrain Vehicle trails and summer and winter riding opportunities exist.
ATVs must be
registered with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, covered by liability insurance, and comply with
other regulations.
Maple Run All-Terrain Vehicle Trail
The eight-mile Maple Run Trail system is open for summer use (open from the Friday before Memorial Day through the last full weekend in September) to Class 1 and Class 2 all-terrain vehicles.

Dixon Miller All-Terrain Vehicle Trail
Located in Monroe County, the Dixon R. Miller Recreation Area offers ATV enthusiasts 13 miles of Class 1 and Class 2 winter and summer riding opportunities.
The summer riding season opens the Friday before Memorial Day through the last full weekend in September.
The winter riding season opens the day following the last day of the regular or extended antlerless deer season as established by the Game Commission through the following April 1.

Burnt Mills All-Terrain Vehicle Trail
The Burnt Mills ATV Trail, located south of Interstate 84 on Route 402 in Pike County, features a seven-mile, Class 1 and Class 2 winter and summer trail.
The summer riding season opens the Friday before Memorial Day through the last full weekend in September.
The winter riding season opens the day following the last day of the regular or extended antlerless deer season as established by the Game Commission through the following April 1.

Dancing Ridge Disabled Sportsman Area
The 1,800-acre Dancing Ridge Disabled Sportsperson Area is available year-round to disabled ATV operators.
