Camping

The camping area is open the second week in April and closes in mid-December, unless otherwise posted.
Each of the 30 campsites has a:

Pets are permitted at designated campsites for an additional fee.

Free Camping for Campground Hosts
One host position
The campground host site amenities include 50-amp electric service, with water and sewer hookup. Hosts are required to assist park personnel for 35 hours-per-week, five hours-per-day, seven days-per-week, which includes weekends. Contact the park office for additional information and availability.

Modern Cabin
A modern cabin that sleeps eight people is available for rent year round.
The two-story house has:

Kitchen
Dining room
Living room
Roofed, open front porch
Kitchenware and eating utensils are provided.
In the yard of the cabin are a fire ring, charcoal grill, two picnic tables, and a swing set.
This activity or structure is ADA accessible.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted in this overnight facility and associated curtilage only. Alcohol possession and consumption is restricted to the holder of the reservation permit and invited guests age 21 and older. Responsible and legal alcohol consumption is required, and violations are grounds for removal from the state park without refund.
Note that alcohol possession and consumption in all other overnight facilities and all other areas of state parks is prohibited.
